Legal Basis
In accordance with Article 50-2 and Article 50-7 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Jungwon Industrial Co., Ltd. prohibits the following actions on the web pages operated and managed by the company.
Prohibited Actions
Unauthorized Advertising
We refuse to post advertising information for commercial purposes without the consent of Jungwon Industrial Co., Ltd.
Email Address Collection
We reject unauthorized collection of email addresses using email address collection programs or other technical devices.
Legal Warning
Any person who violates the above provisions may be subject to criminal punishment under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
